Originally from the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, Helen pursued her higher education at Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans, earning her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She then worked as a licensed paralegal for eight years before relocating to Lynchburg, Virginia, with her husband in 1989.
It was in Lynchburg where Helen obtained her real estate license and embarked on her successful sales journey. Throughout her distinguished career, she has seamlessly navigated between various sales and management roles, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in the real estate field.
Having been an integral part of Corcoran HM Properties since its inception in 2006, Helen consistently earned recognition as a top performer until 2014. Following this, she assumed the position of Broker-in-Charge at two branch offices of Rinehart Realty Corporation in South Carolina, where she held the distinction of being the sole female executive member on the management team, reporting directly to the owner.
In 2019, Helen rejoined Corcoran HM Properties and now serves as the esteemed sales manager at the Waverly Office.
Among her professional affiliations, she is an esteemed member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, the Canopy Realtor Association, and Canopy MLS.
