How to Participate
With a nominal entry fee of just $1, contestants gain access to the qualifying rounds, where the top 100 runners will each receive an equal share of a $1000 prize pool. Additionally, all participants will be rewarded with virtual lighting shoes valued at $1.5 each, redeemable within the PitPat platform.
This challenge comprises a total distance of 3 miles, divided into three stages, each covering 1 mile. Should a participant withdraw from the competition, they must recommence from the point where they exited. Rest periods are permissible, yet the cumulative duration must not exceed 30 minutes. Exceeding this limit necessitates restarting the respective stage. Participants may repeatedly strive to improve their fastest running time to secure a spot among the top 100 and a share of the cash prize.
Following two intense qualifying rounds, the competition advances to the finals, where qualified contenders proceed without any additional fees. The final round will be held on May 23 21:50-22:50 (UTC). The ultimate challenge awaits as participants vie for the chance to not only test their mettle against the CEO but also to claim a share of the $1000 prize pool. Should any runner successfully outpace the CEO, the entire prize will be evenly distributed among the victorious challengers. However, if the CEO remains undefeated, the $1000 prize will roll over to the next CEO Challenge.
