The developer originally involved has parted ways with the landowners, prompting the court to intervene.
The judges have requested specific details in the proposal, including the chosen developer’s name, a representative, a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), details of financial credentials, and past redevelopment experience. This information will be used to evaluate the feasibility and viability of the project.
Located on Princess Street near Marine Drive, the C-1 category building requires a new development plan to ensure safety and modernization. With the previous partnership dissolved, the court’s order ensures the project move forward with proper oversight and transparency.
