The keynote CLE speaker, matrimonial and family law attorney Scott Shell, will be presenting on calculating child support in family law cases.
“Child support calculations can be contentious in a divorce or breakup,” says Attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, who will facilitate the session. “I’ve met many fathers who are burdened with unreasonable and unbearable child support obligations. In court, we must fight to make sure child support payments are reasonable, fair, accurate, and based on the reality of the circumstances.”

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.
