Within the Teen Health Center, she leads a multidisciplinary team that provides primary and consultative medical care to adolescents aged 12 to 17. The team, comprising a pediatrician specializing in adolescent medicine, a social worker/counselor, a health educator, a nutritionist, and nurses, focuses on delivering innovative and inclusive care that addresses the complex physical, behavioral, and emotional needs of adolescent members.

Beyond her clinical practice, she has served as the past president of the Southern California chapter of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine and actively engages in mentoring medical residents and students.
In her free time, Dr. Goldsich embraces a well-balanced lifestyle that includes participating in marathons, exploring California’s natural beauty, gardening with her children, practicing yoga, and engaging in volunteer work to support high-risk youth in the community.
